Introduction

PMV Engineering (EASA DOA 21J.487) achieved TPED tolerance demonstration for ATR42 and ATR72 aircraft, thus allowing the installation of wireless IFE and the use of wireless devices for all phases of flight (including take off and landing in all weather conditions). 


Your needs

The objective of this STC is to demonstrate a Transmitting Portable Equipment Device (T-PED) Tolerance on ATR42 and ATR72.

 


Your benefits

The T-PEDs usage by passengers in the cabin or by flight crew in the cockpit is limited to WIFI (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless standards 2,4GHz and 5GHz).
