Introduction

The Honeywell TRA 45A combines terrain display and radio altitude information into a single, space-saving multifunction instrument. The TRA-45A is designed to work with Honeywell's enhanced ground proximity warning systems (EGPWS). It’s lightweight and small size conserves scarce instrument panel space. The display is a colour active-matrix liquid crystal display (AMLCD).

Your needs

The TRA 45A combines both terrain display and radio altitude information into a single, 3.26" x 3.26" space-saving multi-function instrument. The TRA-45A will also display radio altitude data from a wide variety of radio altimeter systems.

Your benefits

Weight and space conservation- Weighing in at only three pounds, this easy to operate unit can replace your present radio altitude indicator, thus conserving scarce instrument panel space.

Designed for easy operation- The front panel has been carefully designed for easy use of the three control keys, the brightness control knob and the ambient light sensor.

• Customisation- Using the Brightness Control Knob and the Ambient Light Sensor to control the display backlight brightness. You can also use an external dimming bus (0-5 VAC/VDC or 0-28 VDC) in place of the Brightness Control Knob. A Remote Light Sensor input is also included for use with industry-standard Remote Light Sensors.
