Rebuild DC-10 Auxiliary Power Unit Oil Cooler Assembly by manufacturing a new core assembly

Modification of APU (Garrett TPE 700-4) control system to operate APU at reduced N1 speed during ground operation.

Modification of the Boeing DC-10-10 aircraft for the installation of spacer pallets in accordance with FAA Approved Drawing List No. 502 or later FAA approved revision.

Modifies the outboard flap actuator, or actuators, incorporating a UA design piston. The installation is in accordance with DAS-1-WE Approved United Air Lines Drawing List No. 2751, dated August 17, 1988, or later FAA approved revision.

Replace existing engine instruments with the Penny & Giles Aerospace, Inc. Engine Instruments Display System (EIDS). Model 94002, in accordance with (1) Installation Data referenced on Continuation Sheet 2; and (2) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) referenced on Continuation Sheet 2; or later FAA Approved Revisions to (1) or (2). Installation of Penny & Giles Recording Exhaust-Gas Temperature Indicator 65009-004 EGT in accordance with: (1) Penny & Giles Aerospace, Inc. Recording EGT Model 65009 Installation Manual Document #65009-004-011, Revision -, dated May 1, 1998; and (2) Penny & Giles Aerospace, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Drawing #65009-004-013, Revision “original”, dated August 19, 1998; or later FAA Approved Revisions to (1) or (2).
